Two photographers and a painter are exhibiting this time. Mother and son O’Sullivan team of Kerry and James are showing off their photographic and painting skills. Chris Poletti, also a photographer, is also showing her work. Kerry and Chris are both involved as volunteers at the Mokau Museum.
Kerry is based at Tongaporutu and loves the idea of taking photos from around the area. This time she has chosen to do a collection showing off the many different tunnels in the region.
For the past 30 years Kerry has been printing and framing photographs for local sales.
James is an accomplished writer and has been enjoying working with colours and how they combine with each other.
He is exhibiting delightfully vibrant and abstract canvases.
Chris has captured a beautiful moment that is both intriguing and mystical in the photo on the left.
She has also started a new series where she has experimented with flowers in a cemetery setting. Come along to see how this combination has worked out.
